The North Carolina Solar Center is working toward a transition to a clean energy future—a future that protects health and the environment, provides new economic opportunities, stabilizes energy costs and provides abundant, safe, reliable energy for North Carolina.
Today, the Center’s work encompasses a wide range of renewable energy technologies—solar, wind, biomass, alternative fuels, combined heat & power, and green buildings—and is more critical than ever. Yet, virtually every report from independent commissions reaches the same conclusion: federal funding and other forms of support for energy efficiency and renewable energy programs are woefully inadequate.
Your donation to the NC Solar Center can help fill the gap. It is a tax-deductible gift in the United States. The NC State College of Engineering Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The North Carolina Solar Center is part of the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University.
